You should limp and bet a lot of flops for 1bb. But you can shove this hand also preflop.
But I would not shove this hand if your opponent is calling with a wider range as nash would do.
A limp will have probably a higher EV as a shove in longrun.
But u should also not limp this kind of hands if ur opponent is iso-shoving a lot.
With these shallow stacks u can limp with very wide ranges. I highly recommend that u check out some heads up hyper content to improve ur shallow stack heads up game.

I already read heads up no limit hold'em from Collin Moshman and i'm trying to change the way i'm playing heads up, i'm limping more with some weak hands some Q and J normally against passive players. And i have to post more hands from heads up because it's my biggest problem, i don't win much often and i have problems to play against agressive players.

A fold is definitely no option. As Cpt says, you should limp or push, depending on villains calling and pushing range. Due to Nash you can push 87o with more than 14BB.

The villain seems fishy. I expect he would most likely call to tight then to wide, but that’s something you need to feel for in game if that’s the case.

That said not too much if you see him call 1 hand, but if he folded a lot of hands before it’s more likely an indication he folded too much.

Also if villains calls to tight this is no reason for going all-in with a hand which plays good postflop.
