hand vs a relatively passive fish (I'm surprised he potted naked nut FD flop btw), should I fold and when?
folding river doesn't seem good to me as I don't think he will often check the river an I have no redraw... so turn? or cooler?

I think Pre and flop are fine, since this player doesn't raise much and 3betting won't push much equity. The flop you can't do much else but call. The same goes on the turn - you have the 2nd best hand possible. On the river, however, you have to decide whether a relatively passive player will pot any other hand except the nutflush. You'll almost never see a worse flush, particularly as we block 2nd and 3rd nut flushes (i.e. lets say villain has J high flush - he'll either bet much less on the river or check oop and hope you check back). So, unless you think villain is capable of doing this with nutflush blocker, I'd find a tight fold at this limit. In general, passive players like this are not that keen on bluffing off stacks, when you clearly have a flush yourself, so nutflush blocker play is much less likely.
