Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, 9
5 folds, SB calls $0.50, Hero checks

      Flop: ($2) 3, Q, Q (2 players)
SB bets $6, Hero raises to $19 (All-In), 1 fold

      Total pot: $14 | Rake: $0.65

Only 17 hands for villain but he is a total donk 70/20, after his large overbet @ flop I realised, he just want to steal money. If he had this queen he wouldn't problably bet till the river.

      Hey Aimboy,

you have only 17 hand on the villain, every PP 44+ has you beat, you're dead against Qx and overcards have still pretty decent equity against you. This said makes an easy fold for me without any invested money. With reads/stats that you have a lot of FE push becomes optional.
