      I would bet more on the turn. You are likely to have the best hand and you do not want him to outdraw you (with one space) cheaply.

      Since he checked behind on the river, i would definitelly bet for value. There are worse hands to call you. You might have bet just $5,00. If he shoves, you have to call but if you bet less, it is easer for him to call :)

      I'd bet more on the turn as you still have outs against flush and protect your hand to another dangerous card on the river. If river no dangerous card then bet what you think he would call.
