      I think it's a nice hand. The thing I am not sure of is how your smaller stack changes your fold equity, as a reasonable player shouldn't fold much of his range because of great pot odds. If you assume almost no FE from MP1 you get around 50% with lots of dead money, so it should be fine anyway.
