      Agreed on the flop your overpair is still vulnerable and people at nl2 will peel the c-bet with overcards very often, make them pay for it. $0.16-0.20 will do.

      The easiest way to play the turn is too simply bet/fold it to like $0.3 planning to check back the river, unless he's a known calling station. If you check back the turn you're left guessing on the river. He could have 6x, Qx, 7x, some 98 straight draw that picked up a 9 and is now "valuebetting" without really realizing it, it's just a bad spot to get yourself into when you know nothing about your opponent.
