      He isn't so passive, 1.1 AF 18 PFR for a 61 VPIP guy is signify a decent amount of aggression still.

      I'd bet 3/4 on both flop and turn against that guy, and probably something like 2/3 on the river. He's playing so many hands that he'll show up with Jx more often than 9x, so you want maximize value for the times where you have him beat.

      As played the call call minraise line is a dreaded slowplay line from bad players but who knows, he might play good Jx or some bluff that way occasionally, so even tho he'll often show you 9x i think calling is reasonable getting almost 5:1.
