      Flop is a clear value raise against a bad player, lots of crap draws he could call you with. I'd make it bigger, $0.8 looks fine.

      Turn is thin either way, there is certainly still value against very cally players that will cling to any kind of pair + gutshot hands, tho you're now beat by Jx/hearts and Ax with a draw. Yet if you don't have a good handle on his play, your turn bet acts as a reverse-blockbet to hopefully induce him to check the river to you again so you can check back, leading a cheaper showdown then if you risk checking back the turn and face a pot size bet on the river by a blurry range.
