depends on the feeling/impression you had as you were on the table.
If you think he only has there KK+ then just fold to his min3-bet.
Against that particular villain, I'd call his min3-bet in position and raise/shove any low flop. If a K or A turns up you can save some money and fold.
But I guess it's not a big mistake to just get it all-in preflop against fish.
I fear that you aren't ahead very often, because fishes like to limp/min3-bet KK, AA.
