      Overall c/c flop c/r turn is usually nuts line. Opp is bad as he likes to limp a lot, but he's rather passive, so c/r from him seems like strong move.
      I would bet flop and turn bigger to extract more value.
      When he shoves it looks strange to me as most likely we are beaten just by 55/66/KJ, but this guy is loose enough to have K5/K6/J6/J5 hands in his range, but honestly - it just seems to spazzy and most likely in given situation I would just snap call it even tho everything speaks against it. Dunno if it's best move and best idea, but...
      Just my humble opinion.

      I think nl 4 you see enough bad plays that you can b/c there with tptk
      he can have some random pair+flushdraw that he is shoving or just maybe 88 trying to bluff you out
      If you don´t see these kind of moves almost never then better is really b/f
