problems with withdrawal

      I have a rather unpleasant matter I'd like to ask about :

      I requested a withdrawal of my entire bankroll from WH on 10th of August.

      After 1 day the request was marked as approved in the "Transactions" list in WH SW.
      After 5 days and the money still not visible in my MB account, I turned to WH support with questions about the withdrawal. My questions was said to be forwarded to the Payments Department and I was asked for patience.
      After next 5 days I repeated the question and was once again asked for patience.
      Since then I haven't received any answers from neither the Payment Department, nor the Support Team after sending an email yesterday.

      Did someone come across such a weird behaviour from WH? Does have any WH represantatives that could help me with this matter?
