You get the licence for elephant after you collect 1000 SP. Other then that i don't think there are any tracker programs for free. Poker is not charity

There is a free poker DB on the 2+2 forums - but it's only a DB with no HUD. Other than that get Pokertracker 3 or HEM, and try and build you BR up to pay for it ;-)
With our PokerStrategy.com Elephant you will get for the first 3 weeks a full functional tracking program. By accumulation 1000 StrategyPoitns you will get the full version without any time limits.
If you can't get 1000 points within the required time frame you still can use some basic function from the Elephant.
