      I looked at PokerStove and 1.2% range is QQ+, but still it just numbers.

      How should i react in these situations, opponent looks strong after my SB 3bet and his 4bet on me, also i think he was multi tabling, but still should i go broke or lay my hand down, because calling doesn't look best choice.
