      I think I played the hand pretty standard on flop and turn. villain is a pretty solid 25/22 reg. I just need advice on how to play the river here. The question is if he ever bets out like this with worse than Ahi and if it's ever worth to call for a split? I would guess that he has some sort of pocketpair 88+ since I think he might flat the 3-bet with those to setmine.

      Hello arisko,

      Depends what kind of opponent he is, sometimes when I expect the opponent to Check behind on turn then I'd even skip the 2nd barrel but it's definitely doable with the added equity. And on river I don't really like the Call there, I expect him to most often just Check behind there with just Ax and likely bet there with some overpairs to get called from A high as you did. It's also 3bet pot, they are rather not buffing that often here.
