Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $42.72
      MP3:
      $51.10
      CO (Hero):
      $31.44
      BU:
      $35.25
      SB:
      $43.89

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9, K.
MP3 folds, Hero raises to $0.85, BU folds, SB raises to $1.45, BB folds, Hero calls $0.60.

      Flop: ($3.15) 4, 9, 4 (2 players)
SB bets $3.15, Hero calls $3.15.

      Turn: ($9.45) 4 (2 players)
SB bets $1.00, Hero raises to $5.00, SB calls $4.00.

      River: ($19.45) 5 (2 players)
SB bets $19.45, Hero calls $19.45.

      Final Pot: $58.35.

Villain-loose out of line fish.I call his min3bet as I have good odds and position.I guess I have to call at least 1 barrel with my hand even it is pot size.On the turn I interpret his bet as weakness but I prefer raising to protect vs over cards. How to react if he 3bets me here?On the river I just call(save 2.39$ if I happen to run into a higher boat).Comments?

I like how you played your hand
You can consider folding on the flop, but once you hit your tp hand I think calling once should be fine
Since he bets so small on th turn I think he usually doesn´t have anything so I like your turn raise and I´d also call river. Seems like he has there AK and now decides to represent flush :)
