      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer
      SB ($27.28)
      BB ($25)
      UTG ($26.28)
      Hero ($80.26)
      CO ($32.11)
      BTN ($15.07)

      Dealt to Hero K:heart: K:club:

fold, Hero raises to $1.25, CO calls $1.25, BTN calls $1.25, fold, fold

      FLOP ($4.10) 7:spade: 7:club: 3:diamond:

Hero bets $2.25, CO raises to $5.50, BTN folds, Hero calls $3.25

      TURN ($15.10) 7:spade: 7:club: 3:diamond: 8:heart:

Hero checks, CO bets $7.55, Hero calls $7.55

      RIVER ($30.20) 7:spade: 7:club: 3:diamond: 8:heart: 3:heart:

Hero checks, CO bets $17.81 (AI), Hero calls $17.81

      40/23/3.5 32 hands

Flop is dry so I don't raise and let him bluff on later streets.
The river bet is big, but can I fold my KK there, taking into account that I took a passive line before.

I think it's ok as played but I would be tempted of check/shoving turn. If you look at stack sizes you can't really expect him to continue bluffing the river with less than 2/3 pot so I like shoving to be sure I get value from like JJ/TT before an overcard comes.

PS: I never think about folding my hand against this player.

Since he has so less equity if he doesn´t have 7x I like how you played it
Better just to let him blew off his stack with random air than get all-in yourself
and 40/23 doesn´t really have too many 7x hands in his flatting range
