      You are "roya2flush" ?
      What is your hand ^^?
      A pocket pair?

Without pokertracker stats or reads i cant tell you
if it is correct to call preflop.

The flop minreraise works only vs bad regulars.

**edit i found the hand ;)

yea i had 77, the reason i called was because i saw him raising preflop with a wide range of hands, also I have noticed that when he has AA-KK-AK-AQ he does raise more then what he did on that occasion..

I had this feeling to call and when no high cards came on the flop and he bet i min raised to see what he does...

I know most probably i played the hand bad and if he came over the top i would have to fold...

If he raises marginal hands from the Co
      you should reraise pf.
You will collect a lot of money.

If he adjust and calls your reraises light switch
      gears.
If he does not adjust and calls your raise or 4 bets
only with monsters you can easily muck your hands.

And you have the chance to hit a set in a reraised pot
and will stack him a lot.

AA-KK-AK-AQ he does raise more then what he did on that occasion
--> looks like a bad player who will call a reraise with
bad hands. But you should try to find out.

Generally if he calls your reraise with everything reraise only with
      high equity hands.
If he calls a reraise only with Tophands reraise 78s, Axs or pocket pairs.
