      what should i have done here? it felt like the guy stole my initiative and i played it really badly. i disobeyed the whole 'big pots for big hands' rule and lost a big pot :-\

      But about the play it's pretty close. Only reason why I would consider raising the flop is that he seems to be pretty aggressive and I expect him to do that even with draws.

      And as played on river I don't really see many hands what we beat, I'd be rather inclined to fold the hand. Only hand what we beat is some FD although I don't think that he even plays his hand this way. A lot of 2pairs/sets/straights are possible there.

      ok thanks. and about the top up stacks - i do have it topped up once i fall below $1.80... do you recommend just having it top up whenever i go below $2?
