      The only cards that i'm ahead of are J with weaker kicker. But he maybe wouldn't c/r on T with them so i shouldn't have the equity.

      prefer b/c turn, since he has there quite wide c/rai range consider he is pot committed once he c/c turn.
      I believe you can easily see any Jx hand, KQ (especially with spade), Tx with spade and if you think he would only continue with better hands you shouldn´t really bet turn yourself, but rather go for pot control and call river bet.
