Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BU with A, A.
      MP2 raises to $0.15, MP3 calls $0.15, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.60, 3 folds, MP3 calls $0.45.

      Flop: ($1.42) 9, 5, T (2 players)
      MP3 checks, Hero bets $1.35, MP3 calls $1.35.

      Turn: ($4.12) 8 (2 players)
      MP3 checks, Hero bets $1.96, MP3 calls $1.96.

      River: ($8.04) 7 (2 players)
      MP3 bets $2.25, Hero calls $2.08.

      Final Pot: $12.37.

      Results follow:

      MP3 shows a flush, ace high(Ad Kd).
Hero shows a pair of aces(As Ah).

MP3 wins with a flush, ace high(Ad Kd).

Is the turn bet justified? I expected calls from JJ-QQ, or AdTx. Or is it safer to check behind because he could easily have a flush or a set.

I think I cannot fold the river because of the odds. Although it is pretty sure I was beat.

      Many thanks in advance

      Hello jockel80,

While even a FD completes and SD I'd consider even taking a pot control line on turn. And just avoid him maybe Check/Raising into us where he will most likely have very good equity with most of his hands.

But as played well, now even JJ beats you. Not that many holdings you beat. Usually such shoves as well are rather strong made hands. :(

      Best Regards.
