      this is my 1st hand on the table. could i have played it any other way?

      is check fold turn possible?

      how about ship river?

      Personally (and this is by no means correct) I would have called preflop hoping for the set

      then when flop came as it did I would try and check raise to take it down there

      once I get called or 3 betted I throw it away

      maybe thats too passive for 6handed but its how I would have played it

      Hello YinYangS,

      You could easily just call preflop and not play so aggressively. But as you do not much to say vs the line of yours. We might even sometimes get floated there with Ax hands and therefore our plan would be to Bet/Fold the turn.
