After he re-raises me, should I had pushed all in instead of just calling ?
I went all inn when the 3 spade came because I thought he was trying to suck me out be re-raising so I just took down the pot? how could I had gotten more out of this hand?

if you think he is bluffing enough times then b/c flop and then c/rai that turn card
but mostly I´d just shove flop, since board is quite drawy. He is sometimes bluffing and you take pot down, he may raise there draws and if he fold then you don´t mind, if he calls, then you also should be ahead enough times to make shove profitable and sometimes he may just raise flop with A9 and would call shove being way behind
