Both od villains wee fish 90/30, aggro (agg freq) after 100 hands
I have seen them with al diffrent fishy lines like call own with 3pair bluffshoving with 28.
They could posses almost any two holdings and take fancy lines.

I check turn becase I know he certainly continue with agrresion, however I don't like his seizing.

I tried to raise him small, to get 3bet, and in case of call I can shove.
Rivere is ugly and I don't know how to play it.

Id make a significant improvement of the size of the pot on the flop by making a nice sized raise. Personally i dont like to slowplay any hand at all (except for quads). The river is just disgusting, i know exactly how you felt.. "So sick they always get there, just shove so i can fold you lucky moron."

Hero shoves turn. There's really no reason to make such a small raise. River, no idea.

I feel so stupid by beting so small turn. I thought that maybe he can reraise me, and there aren't so many cards I am afraid of, and river killed me.

pot is huge on the turn,s o I also think you should shove for value, not just make min-raise that would give them right odds to call.
River is c/f. Nobody is going to bet out there unless they have straight
