      I think on flop he can sometimes have 2nd pair so I reraise him. After he calls I give him more credit and slow down on later streets.

      Flop raise is huge
      I can understand if you want to make that with AK, but with QQ you´re likely just isolating against Kx hands. I think flop raise is fine, but I´d make it 0.7$
      This is enough to force draws and take initiative
      Calling down turn and river bets is fine, he has there often Kx hand,s o you can´t raise turn or river for value

      Against such a fish I would also raise bigger preflop, at least $0.24, likely even $0.32 because he made a minraise preflop.
