I'm a non-believer and don' like to be exploited, so I probably call flop as well.
Turn is a must fold, coaches will tell you why -,-

      ?( ?( I didn't get your both posts  :D

On flop he doesn't rep anything except 44/22 so it's okey to call him.I don't think he is ever betting soooooo BIG with set on turn because the flop was super drawless and it's hard for you to have a hand except Qx so i'd think he is often betting 10-12 with strong hand. This big bet made me think he wants fold equity so i'm pretty much thinking he has either there the backdoor flushdraw(on turn flushdraw) or pure air.On river you can't fold at all once you called flop+ turn.A good read would be timing tells and if he did bet instant on river because if he did it's probably a bluff b.c.: He doesn't look at board texture and cards falling and only wants to bluff you out repping a strong made hand which is only 44/22 that beats you,but actually every regular will at least think for 10-15 seconds how much to bet so a Q can call or other hand.

It is quite strange hand. He is reping there only 44/22, there aren´t really any draws and I think he shouldn´t c/r flop for value with Qx. he may slowplayed pf KK/AA, although not really sure that most players would do that
Once yo called turn you can´t really fold river, but yeah it depends a lot if you think he is making that very dry board move or not, if you don´t think he is doing that then folding turn would likely be better
