      flop is draw heavy, i dont think checking is good there, unless u went for the check raise, with that stats on the guy, ur beat on the river thats no question...he bet so small, ye its hard to fold but i doubt he ever bet there JT TQ or stuff like this..

      Preflop: You could also consider just 3betting against him, depending on his steal %. But usually I like to 3bet against such moves.

      Flop: Definitely have to bet out, as earlier mentioned its draw heavy board, there is no way you can give him a free card. A lot of cards would kill your action.
      Turn: A lot of cards would fold now because of the board and better hands would raise, so I might even consider Check/Call myself here for trying to hit FH.
      River: It's hard to Call here, I don't really except him to bet there with a lot of weaker hand, he seems to be also some kind of way passive, so there ain't wrong if you just fold directly what would be my option.

      Thanks! I was going to check-raise flop, because I'm leading rarely, but this should be the case, I agree.
