      is he passive or is he aggresive ?:) ) if he's passive its a fold, if he's aggro its easy call

      You can make it slightly more on a flop I think.

      I'd usually bet out turn myself unless he is barreling his head off with anything if checked to him, but I see a lot more value in betting against 50/10 guys to allow him calling with any random trash, SD, floated FD etc. As played it's really odd that he pots it, but if seeing him as fish we can't really fold there as your flop bet wasn't too strong and you checked back turn so he may see that as weakness.

      Against such a fish I think you should call the river given the fact all the draws missed and you see him aggro, but I think you should think about his timing and stuff as he bets exactly 1/2 pot now, so he may just be clicking buttons with insta potting turn and 1/2 potting river, so I tend to say he has a hand more often than not, but as I said - I think our odds are too good to fold the river.
