      IO was even thinkign fo raising some turns, is iot a good idea? and what turns should I do it on if he bets?

      Preflop is marginal, but I guess it's okay since his 3bet is too small.

      I'd probably rather raise the flop than float, but that's also possible.

      Why don't you bet the turn?

      problem reping valuehands is that there would be Q, K, A rivers where he might easily bet and you have to fold your hand unless you want to bluffshove him with 9 high. You don´t have any showdown value, so you can´t call any river bet that he is making even on blank river card, so if you want to take pot down with 9 high I think you should bet turn.
      Also imo you´re not deep enough to call pf, since his range would likely crush yours and if he is barreling you can´t really float or call him down too many boards
