I want to ask experts here what do we do if we got a trash hand at flop and we are first to act? Because in strategy I read what to do when we act after oponent but in this hand I had to make move first.

1st of all you should have made your continuation bet on the flop biger . your cb shows weekness . when you got reraised on the flop your hand was done ... you should have folded .

Bet $0.60 here (2/3 of the pot), if he is calling or re-raising fold your hand here. Against this specific opponent you can also think about check/fold on the Flop here, since your opponent seemed to be an SS Player as well. So his call looks suspicious.
