Is this the kind of protection I should play against possible flushdraws in a multiway pot or did I push my hand too far ?

I think it's played well. Maybe a c/r on flop would work too, but leading out isn't a bad choice either. Turn push is good because you have to protect against draws.

Sometimes I choose squeezeplay here pf (reraise to ~2$) to collect the pot pf, or atleast isolate the pf agro, CO's small raise looks like small/mid pockets to me. But AQ is a good hand in a multiway pot aswell, so calling is ok too.

hmm I don´t like the preflop action. AQ is a good Hand, if you are playing headsup or in a 3way pot. But the playability is pretty bad in a multiway pot.
As a consequence i would raise this Hand preflop. If you raise preflop, the whole hand would run different.

as played it is okay. But you have to fold, if anyone raise your flop bet.
