      Hello jmackenzie,

Somehow it's hard to Call on river as long it's only a freeplay pot and his raise seems to be like a FH to me. His limping range is very wide, and seems that he doesn't raise at all. So he can very likely have a FH there. But as long we have a nut-flush it will be hard to lay down there against such an opponent, Calling is reasonable. You need the hand to win ~33% of the times and if you think you are more than 33% ahead in such situation then you can likely Call. Could also ask yourself if he is going to raise trips or weaker flush?

      Best regards.
