      I raised to see where I was at, I would fold to a 4bet. On the turn I would check behind and fold to most donk bets.

      Raising "to see where I am at" doesn't accomplish anything really useful but let's him fold his bluffs/weak hands and continue with strong one. Plus he may shove hands like FD and you will have to fold although you are ahead, what I mean is you pretty much valuecut yourself in this case, so I'd call flop and use my position against them.

      You turn your hand into bluff if you raise there because you wont go broke if he decides to shove, just take the positon over him and Call and play for pot control, would be much better line.
