      Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero has J:diamond: Q:spade:

fold, Hero raises to $2.00, fold, BTN calls $2.00, fold, fold

      Flop: ($4.75, 2 players) Q:heart: T:diamond: 2:club:
Hero bets $3.00, BTN calls $3.00

      Turn: ($10.75, 2 players) T:spade:
Hero bets $6.50, BTN calls $6.50

      River: ($23.75, 2 players) 8:spade:
Hero checks, BTN bets $10.00, Hero calls $10.00

I think its ok to cbet flop. He can peel once Tx, KJ, J9, small pp.
On the turn, now i think i should take the line cc turn and cf river. If he has Q im likely outkicked, Tx now got me crushed. I should let him bluff and givup on the river.
      Thoughts?

I think turn bet is fine for value. he still has there 99/JJ/AJ/AK that he may float once more and you´re very often barreling that turn with draws, so betting also for value with top pair should be fine. If you take c/c line on the turn then I´d also prefer going to showdown. He won´t really valuebet river too often with KQ so that makes his river betting to AQ+ or floats and QJ should be good enough times to go to showdown. but ofcourse it depends a lot of villains and against passive nit c/f river is fine
