      When he donks should I just flat call with TPTK or raise, not sure how too play , then flat call river

      Nah, raising there is totally fine, I would have played exactly the same way, Q could also kill our action because he could easily have AQ or something similar, so checking back on turn is good idea, otherwise I am also Calling the river.
