PP not responding to my emails

      About 2 months ago I started a PP account, deposited about $600. They emailed requesting ID, credit card scan and proof of address as they often do. I sent the ID, credit card scan and a letter from my polytech. The letter was not accepted so I had to wait for a bank statement to send in, I wasn't really in a hurry because I was playing on FT and on a heater.

      2 weeks ago I emailed customersupport@paddypower.com because my statement arrived and attached a scanned copy. They didn't respond, not even the automated "we're on to it" response. I emailed again a week ago and still nothing.

      What can I do? Am I emailing the right email address?

      Just tried the other email on the paddypower site, I'll update if I get a response
