When Aces and Jacks lose I recommend you go on tilt.

Others will argue that you should just move on to the next hand and forget about it, but me and Phil Helmuth can't both be wrong.

If you tilt for the next half hour whilst brooding over your busted Aces that can help your play. You can raise preflop with hands that you wouldn't normally, like 72o, it helps loosen your game and put you in more difficult postflop situations. That's good because you can then raise your 72o on a KQJ flop.

Others will argue that you shouldn't play that way, but me and Gus Hansen can't both be wrong. :

ok , so i would like to whine a bit also :)

      it was a 1000GP 2$ rebuy on Titan Poker , i was a bit shortstack so when i saw AA it was immediate all-in. i got called by a shortstack also - he had 6 10 o . (!?)

      flop was 578 , K on turn and 9 on a river

and it wasnt like the beginning of the tournament when some people go crazy and call with anything. it was after about 2 hours of play , after rebuys and add-ons..

Funny you should say that. Lost to a very strange play today on Titan. Start of a 5$ freezeout, i pick up TJo MP, limp it in for straight value (lots of loose players yada yada). 6-handed flop comes TJ4 2 spades, i'm 2nd-to-last to act. it's checked to me, i bet out 2/3 pot. All fold to MP1 who has been quite tight up to now. He raises me. I suspect possibly TT or 44 (JJ would've been a raise for him, in my opinion) and proceed to raise him. He instantly puts me all-in and I call after a while. He shows AJ for TPTK, and no draw on the flush... and of course on the turn he spikes his A :( . C/R with TPTK on a 2-spade board for the win!

Or earlier when a player who went all-in with 2nd pair (he had 10-10 on a J65 - 2spade board) to my bet (my bet was about 1/3 his stack) to my TPTK + nutflush draw (A :spade: J :spade:) . He then spikes a runner runner full house for the win  .
