      Howdy,

      Although 71 hands is not too much it seems he likes to bet a lot, so calling down seems fine to me. We can't really raise here, because that would mean we turn it into a bluff as there are not many worse hands (if there is at all) which could call us.
      If you have any reads about him it may be useful here, like what kind of hands he 3 barrel with. Maybe he check back all TP type of hands and bet just two pair+. Collecting such an info may help us and if there is strong reason to believe he has two pair+ we may fold at some point, because he is generally tight, but I think he may still have JTs/QTs type of hands in his range from SB.
