  I got a promotional 2nd starting capital ..says to play on partypoker....
  I have an account on partypoker already...Can i still use the 2nd starting capital..or can it be used on another site????????

  I'm sorry, but the promotional 2nd starting capitals are platform-specific. I'm afraid you can only use it on the named platform if you haven't already got an account there.
  
  Maybe you will be lucky and receive one for a different platform in the future sometime.
