      I would C/C turn to his bet. I know that a 50/3 that raises looks strong but TPTK I wouldn't give this up that easily. Then river C/F.

      Flop: As you mentioned the villain raises CBets sometimes and 7 could easily indicate raising a lot. :P Also his fold to cbet is way too low. I would definitely continue playing here with Bet/Call and likely Call most of the turn cards, otherwise if you want to give it up, give it up right here.
      Turn: As you Called flop there is no point to Check/Fold here because such an aggressor will usually barrel the turn also as he raised on flop, just Call the turn also and reevaluate river.
