any other way to play this? on the River, it sucks to checkfold even though the only worse hand that will pay us off is KK seemingly.

      Hello Tim64,

I don't really see to play this hand any other way because we definitely betting both flop & turn because he could still Call with a lot of PPs and then on river we just can't Check/Fold with such great odds and he could still have a weaker hand. He had the Jx?

      Best regards.

      Worse: JJ :D

Anyway, thanks - I agree. We have to give him v tight calling range vs my oop 3b and I dont see any Jx hands (other than JJ  ) in his range. So on flop I only worry about 55 which is 3 combos. Well, if we bet flop and he calls and spikes set of Queens or nines, good for him - I pay him off.

Only thing is whether checking river is any better? I dont think we can ch/f but maybe we could induce something from random hand to rep Jx to try bluff us off our hand?

25/22 might easily call you down with TT, since AK missed and flushdraw missed, so I think shoving is better option than c/c and I guess you can´t c7f, since his range can be still KK :)
