      Problem is I can't be sure if he is good enough to fold AA,KK here, so is going broke ok in this spot?

      I'd say it's fine overall, but I'd make a bit smaller on flop.
      Even if he has a hand like KQ (although he may be tight enough to fold it pre) we have outs against that and most likely he's just not folding his AA/KK/QQ type of hand, because "board is drawy" and "you could shove a draws" and we can't really exclude a chance of him having AcKc or AcQc type of hands. You having T9 reduces chance of him having TT/99, so overall if we add some FE when we shove turn I think we're fine.
