      Don´t think he is potting there flush too often, so his very likely hand is pair+draw or maybe Q/J high flushdraw that you crush.
      So I´d prefer raising flop to 17$ and calling shove and if he calls then likely shove any turn card
      Turn play: You can b/c there 11$, since you´re very often aheada nd he would c/c or c/rai turn all-in with draws and after betting turn you can take your free showdown
