Villian is regular.I think he has realised I contibet higher boards and has been reraising me atleast twice.Hence why I opted for call.
Though it will be bad if he is semibluffing, but should I 3bet flop or?

      Howdy,

I'm not a fan of slowplaying being OOP and on a drawy board. I'd just 3bet flop unless you are really sure he's going to float you there.
Bad thing here is if we call flop, then check turn and he checks back we pretty much gave him two cheap cards that may improve his hand, so if he's willing to play for stacks with his FD or whatever he has, let him do that.
If the board was dry (like Jd7s3h) we could call flop because with his raise he wouldn't be repping much, so most likely it's a bluff.

      Good luck!
