      I think you played pretty well against him if he min bets all the time. He seems to be a fish based on his stack size and the small sample you have against him so he could be donking with middle pair or a flush draw here. You should iso raise to $0,40 though.

      Hello nktns,

      Preflop: Your raise seems like min-raise. :P I would raise it at least $0.40.
      Turn: As he decides to donk so smallish then raising here is totally fine but usually I would even consider it raising bigger but your raise ain't that wrong since you planning to fold to a reraise.
      River: There ain't many hands with what he would barrel 3 streets and what you could raise and win so likely the best play is here to just Call his bet.
