      Betting the turn makes some sense. Preflop we probably didn't narrow his range all that much with the 3bet (based on fish read) so he could easily have any pocket pair that he'll call you down with and maybe K high if you're really lucky. That said if you bet and he jams it's annoying. Seeing as there are basically no draws checking turn and betting river after you see him check is probably fine. Think you missed some value after you saw him play passively on every street.

      Since the pot is pretty big and I don't want to put ourself into hard spot I would likely also Check behind on turn and likely bet for value on river if he decides to Check again.
