Need fold to resteal stats and i c/f turn if he bets more then 1/2 pot. You cannot think that he floats 3bet pots a lot when A on the board. And if he rarely folds to resteal i rase pf with KQ+ AJ+ 99+. If he folds to resteal "allways" i just c/f flop, and try to 3bet preflop ton of hands. But if you have less than 100 hands i think i just fold.
Btw i dont play NL50 so you can just ignore what i write :)

He is not folding Ax to your turn shove, but he may float also once with TT-KK if he didn´t 4-bet pf and I think he is going to fold these hands to your turn shove. Also he may call smt like T9s which he should also fold to your turn shove. So I like how you played turn
Don´t like that big flop c-bet. I think 6-7$ is enough to get him fold his air and if he calls then decide if you want to b/c with heart.
