I would bet turn, since he may c/c with worse hands and also you don´t mind if he fold to your turn bet
I would also call river, since he can turn smt without flush into bluff or valuebet smaller flushes

What do you think about his preflop calling range on SB?
Does villain calls suited connectors here?

With SPR of 4 (on flop) I am happy to sent him all-in and probably bet turn when he checks to let him pay for his draws.

I still like calling on river as flush and str8 did not completed and you have TP.

Sorry, I mixed two hands together and did not double check stack sizes (still was working with $17 from first hand for SB)

A7 ~ TPNK is not strong hand, and I do not like to get more than 2 streets of value.
If you bet turn, he calls you are preparing for yourself pretty tricky situation on river with possible very large bet - which you will have to fold most of the time.

If he is not tricky, scare cards come on river you may have safe check-fold. As played I like river call.

3betting the flop is terrible spew (not sure if funktor is advocating that or not).

Your sample size for raise cbet is small, but I think it's enough to call here, and then hope for a cheap-ish showdown. The opponent makes it easy for you by not betting turn, so check back and call river seems ok. Don't like turnbet.

I would prefer turn bet, since most of the times it would go c/f and you take down pot without worrying any more about the river cards
If he is going to c/r, it is easy fold, since I haven´t seen player who would c/r twice without having two pair+
You control your bet sizing the pot, meaning you can b/f 8$ instead of calling river potsize bet and he might c/c with draws or Qx
