T: I bet cause I expect him to fold a lot cause he didnt bet
R: his range is prob low PPs like 88- and 88 is questionable, then QX AT+ so I chbeh to take the pot down cause I dont want to barrel agains this range (because he has QX there) I expect him o ebt sth like 99+ on T

Wait, you think he bets turn w/ 99, but checks w/ Qx?

I'm fine checking this down with him, or if you want to bet turn, you should also bet river.

I would still c-bet that board with two overcards and backdoor flushdraw, since:
      - don´t expect to get bluffraised worse hands or if player likes to make moves then I´m also fine shoving that hand over c/r
      - you have a lot of turn cards that you can barrel: J, Q, K, A, clubs
      - if you check back flop, would you really call him down?
If you bet turn you likely have to bet river although you´re reping quite small value range mostly at QK, AQ so i think checking down is also fine
