Whats a better way to play this?

I raised his turn bet thinking he would have conti-bet the flop if he had hit it, so there was a good chance he had air and would fold.

River: My thinking was that a draw that he could have claled the turn with wouldn't call again. And anything he called my raise with he would probably call a river bet as well?

      Hello Jeffers16,

Don't think that such a loose opponent and seems that he likes to go to showdown will fold there a hand when he for example does have a PP or a mid-pair. But since it's that small you could sometimes consider do such raises against specific opponents you have reads on or good stats.

You could easily play the hand as you would do with your smaller PPs that you are set mining preflop.

      Best regards.
