      villain is somewhat fishy. 22/10/2/ wts 41, 177 hs;
      A few hands prev, I won 60bb against him in mwp with higher two pair so he maybe tilting vs me a bit.

      Whats our turn play on this horrid card?

      Bet bigger flop at first.Also he is almost never having there any Ax since such a hand has almost no equity against your 4bet range on such a flop so he is either going to make a shove on the flop or fold his Ax.So check/all in on turn or bet/call turn is fine for me.

      I think 12$ bet on the flop is fine
      If he is really tilted I think he is shoving turn with any pair or draw, so I would c/c turn

      This. I checked since I thought he could fold If i shoved and he shoved instead... with J9 :)
      well played :) I´ve also noticing that shortstacks tend to shove very light if you check to them on the turn and he has less than potsize left

      yeah, even full stacks would sometimes go nuts in 4-bet pots :)
